HOW TO PRAY FOR A BIG REVIVAL.WILLY HAMEL

HOW TO PRAY FOR A BIG REVIVAL.

PASTOR WILLY HAMEL.

2 CR 7.14
If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
This is a wonderful promise from our God; it is perhaps one of the greatest promises in the Bible, where the Lord promises that if we seek Him with all our heart, He will answer and restore and heal our land.

The urgent need for our nation is to have a visitation of God, a great revival. We need a big rain of  The Holy Spirit.
Only a great revival can transform our nation and give us the strength and power to overcome all the forces of the Enemy that are attacking this nation, to destroy and corrupt our authorities, to destroy families, and to destroy the youth.

That is why in this time we need to seek God and ask Him to send the power of the Holy Spirit to bring renewal, new strength, and spiritual power.

In a time of intense search for God, in a time   of fasting and prayer, God spoke to us and said ^^ Children, pray that my glory fills this earth as the waters cover the sea^^ Habakkuk 2.14.
and He also promised us this great promise ^^ the second Glory of this house will be greater than the first, it will be much greater and I will fill this house with peace. ( shalom).
Haggai 2.9 .
Then we understood that God was speaking of praying for a  Revival, so that He sends the rain of the Holy Spirit to fill this earth with His glory and power and so that millions can be saved.

God desires to send a powerful revival. It will be glorious, it will be marvelous. God will perform great miracles. It will be like the book of Acts, and a great harvest of souls will be raised.

God will anoint those who seek Him with all their heart. God will anoint with the Spirit and power those who hunger and thirst for God. What is written in Joel 2:28 and 30 will be fulfilled.
^^And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: 29 and also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my Spirit. 30 And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.^^

Before ascending to heaven, the Lord Jesus gave his disciples a great promise in Acts 1:8: “You will receive power (spiritual power) when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” They believed the promise and began to pray and fast together in the upper room. In Jerusalén.  After ten days, God poured out the Holy Spirit, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit of fire and power. They went out to bring revival, to impact the world, and to raise a great harvest of souls. That is what we need today.

God is going to anoint with great power in this time those who hunger and thirst for God, who seek Him day and night, with fasting and prayer.

1. By the grace of God, we have experienced three revivals. In Bolivia. There is nothing more wonderful on earth than a revival. The presence of God fills the atmosphere, transforms hearts, impacts lives. No one wants the service to end because the Word of God is anointed, the praises are anointed.

You can feel the wonderful presence of God; there are miracles, there are healings, there are deliverances. Lives are restored. It truly is the greatest thing on this earth, and it is what the first disciples of the church in Jerusalem experienced.
And the presence of God draws people, and miracles draw them, and that's why they had such an impact in their time, both in Jerusalem and in the nations. That's why they were able to impact the nations and win great multitudes for Christ, because they preached under the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit.

THE PROMISE  OF GOD IN HABAKKUK.

A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet upon “Shigionoth.” 3.2 O Lord, I have heard Thy speech and was afraid; O Lord, revive Thy work in the midst of the years. In the midst of the years make it known; in wrath remember mercy.^^

Here the prophet asks God to bring revival to his people, to manifest his glory and power.

We need to pray to God with these great promises.

The Lord will give strength(POWER) to His people;
The Lord will bless His people with peace.
Psalm 29.11

Our God  desires to send the rain of the Holy Spirit upon those who cry out and who have a hungry and thirsty heart for Him. God wants to send fire and Revival on those who are seeking his presence with all their hearts, on those who love his Presence.

Our God and Heavenly Father is the kindest, most benevolent, and most generous Father in the entire universe, and above all else, He desires to send a revival to hearts and churches.
That is why He is seeking hungry and thirsty hearts, just like the 120 who were in the upper room seeking God day and night, asking Him to pour out the anointing of the Holy Spirit and His power upon them. And then, God did it; He poured out His Holy Spirit upon each of them, and they were transformed.
💥💥They became torches of fire, carrying the fire of the Spirit to a parched world. The gospel spread like wildfire, setting ablaze the dry world around it and impacting cities and nations through the marvelous power of the Holy Spirit.

The story in the book of Acts is like the story of a forest fire, only it was a spiritual fire that engulfed the entire world. First it engulfed the city, and then the nations.
THE GREAT COMMISSION IS TRULY A MISSION OF CONQUEST.

It is very important that we understand that this mission is for all disciples in all times, to take the message of salvation to the nations and peoples, so that many may accept Christ and be saved and be filled with the Holy Spirit.

So that they may become worshippers who worship God in Spirit and in truth. We must understand that these signs will also follow all Christians, in all times. We have authority to cast out demons and also to heal the sick in the name of Jesus and for the glory of our Heavenly Father.

The Bible recounts in the book of Acts that the disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit there in the upper room. They received the marvelous power of the Holy Spirit and were anointed, and then they went out everywhere to extend the kingdom of God. They went to the cities and to the nations, carrying the message of salvation, and multitudes came to Christ. This was the great conquest that began there in Jerusalem and continues to this day.

We have been called to continue the ministry of Christ and the apostles. And just as they went out into all places, carrying the message of salvation, we must go out, because there are entire nations to conquer.

A YWAM YOUTH TEAM

A YWAM youth team, led by Pastor Dean Sherman, arrived in a country in Oceania to evangelize in its capital.

They worked day and night, evangelizing, but the response was very negative; the people were indifferent to the Gospel message. So they began to pray and intercede, asking the Lord what was happening. And the Lord told them, "It so happens that in this place there are great powers of the devil dominating this city, and praise is the way they will be defeated."

Then they received confirmation of this word and shut themselves away to praise the Lord day and night, praying and praising at all times. Then, days later, a breakthrough came. The heavens opened, the demons fled, and the glory of God descended upon that city, bringing a great revival. Thousands began to be converted.

The young people were amazed  to see the power of God at work in the churches, renewing the believers and touching the hearts of the unconverted, who came to Christ in tears. Many people who had practiced witchcraft and sorcery came with their objects and burned them. And so they were freed from the power of demons.

That entire great city and the whole nation were impacted. And to the glory of God, thousands were saved and filled the churches, which were overflowing with new converts. The services were filled with the presence of God, and miracles and healings were witnessed. They saw the power that exists in prayer, intercession, and praise to deliver the city from the dominion of powers and principalities, as Paul speaks of in Ephesians.

They received a strategy from God, and they obeyed, and they saw a great breakthrough. And a great revival came. And thousands were won to Christ.

It is very important to see that we are in a true spiritual war, between two kingdoms: the kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness of the devil. We need to understand what Jesus said in John 10:10, that the enemy came to kill, steal, and destroy, but that He came to give life, and life in abundance.

In the letter of the apostle Paul, chapter 6, it says that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces, against armies of evil demons in the heavenly realms. Then he tells us that our weapons are spiritual to overcome those forces.

Ephesios 6.10
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For our wrestling is not against [k]flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world-rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Wherefore take up the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 withal taking up the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 with all prayer and supplication praying at all seasons in the Spirit, and watching thereunto in all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.

We also see that in 2 Corinthians 10, the apostle Paul says that the weapons of our army are not carnal weapons, but are mighty in God for pulling down strongholds of the devil.
2 Corintians 10.
3.For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh 4 (for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the casting down of strongholds); 5 casting down imaginations, and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.

It is very important to see that this is not figurative language, but that there is a real spiritual war between angels and demons. We can see this in many passages of the Bible, for example, in Daniel 10.

Apostol Peter said
6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; 7 casting all your anxiety upon him, because he careth for you. 8 Be sober, be watchful: your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 whom withstand stedfast in [d]your faith, knowing that the same sufferings are [e]accomplished in your [f]brethren who are in the world.

1. Peter 5:8 commands believers to be sober-minded, vigilant, and alert  like a spiritual warriors because the devil acts as a roaring lion, actively seeking to devour people.
This verse warns that the adversary prowls around, looking for opportunities to overwhelm Christians with temptation, persecution, and discouragement, demanding a steadfast, faith-filled resistance.

Key elements from this scripture (1 Peter 5:8-9) include:
"Be sober, be vigilant": This calls for self-control, mental clarity, and spiritual alertness to avoid being caught unprepared by temptation or fear.
"Adversary the devil": Satan is identified as an active, hostile enemy.
"As a roaring lion": This imagery highlights the devil’s aggressive, intimidating nature—like a ferocious, hunting beast—as he prowls around looking for prey.
"Seeking whom he may devour": The adversary is searching for weak or unaware individuals to destroy or drag out of fellowship.
Actionable Response: The subsequent verse (1 Peter 5:9) instructs believers to "resist him, steadfast in the faith".

The passage serves as a warning to remain watchful and firm in faith, rather than living in fear or being distracted by the cares of the world.
We need to be sober and alert as spiritual warriors. Therefore, we must be well-trained by knowing the word of God in depth.

Understanding the topic of intercession and spiritual warfare in the Bible is crucial in these times so that the enemy does not gain any advantage over us, our churches, and cities.

THE POWER OF THE ESPIRITUAL RAIN.

Ask ye of the Lord rain in the time of the latter rain; so the Lord shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.
Zechariah 10:1 in all English.

💥💥After I converted to the Lord and gave my heart to Christ, I began attending a small Pentecostal church, part of the Assemblies of God. The people there were very lively and enthusiastic; there were miracles and healings, and God's presence was very strong in the services. The young people in that church were all very happy and shared that they were receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit and that God was speaking to them and giving them visions. A great desire was born in my heart to please God  and also to receive the Holy Spirit, so that I could hear God's voice, receive visions, see angels, have spiritual experiences, and receive revelations. So, I listened to the testimonies of the brothers and sisters and longed to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. After a few months of seeking God, I was at a retreat with them, and some pastors were praying. I was praising, and when I raised my hands, I felt warm oil being poured on my head. It was wonderful. I began to tremble and started praying in tongues. I had a vision of Jesus Christ, who told me that this was His true church and that the Bible was His word, His book, and the Truth. ( He had mercy on me and dispelled all the doubts I had because I came from a very Catholic background.)
After two or three hours, I woke up and went home. I felt so light, like I wanted to leap and fly.

Then I felt immense joy, peace, and love, and a true desire to please God was born in my heart, along with a great love for the Bible. I read the Bible day and night, and I could understand it! I could pray for longer periods more easily and intercede, and I began to share my faith. I was no longer ashamed to talk to my friends and neighbors. Then I began to receive wonderful visions, revelations, and dreams that encouraged me to keep seeking God.

Then the Holy Spirit helped me to live a holier life and helped me to overcome sin and bad habits, and to be more humble, kinder, more patient, and a better son to my parents, a better brother to my siblings, to be more generous, to share, and to have more self-control.

It is very important that we understand the power of rain,  and  how is the dynamics of rain. We see that, from the earth, the steam rises and forms clouds in the sky

When the clouds fill, they begin to pour rain that brings freshness and brings life to the dry land.
In the same way, our prayers rise to heaven and deposits are formed, like clouds, and then, our God, pours out the precious spiritual rain on the cities and churches, of those believers who prayed with hunger and thirst for God. about those who prayed and fasted and kept vigils, seeking the presence of God and revival.

We have the precious promise of Joel chapter 2, 28, which says that God is going to pour out the rain of the Holy Spirit upon all who seek Him, but it is very important to hunger and thirst for God, and to pray to our God, day and night and to fast and keep vigils, so that He may send the powerful rain of the Holy Spirit upon all flesh, so that we may be renewed and restored.

God, in His love and mercy, anointed His Son Jesus, with the Holy Spirit and power, so that He could do good and save those oppressed by the devil. And now, in this time, God also desires to pour out His Holy Spirit on all His disciples, so that we may preach the gospel and save the lost, set the captives free, and heal the sick, through the power of the gospel.

For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son,( Jesús)  that whoever believes in Him [as Savior] shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn ( destroy) the world, but to save the world through Him. John 3:16

Therefore, every person who hears the story of Christ and decides to become a Christian receives forgiveness of their sins and eternal life.
This is great and wonderful; God's goodness and mercy are greater than the heavens. The God of the Bible is the most kind and generous Father in the universe; He has great compassion and wants to save all people.

God, our heavenly Father, has prepared a place for each of us in heaven, but to get there, we must repent of our sins and place our faith in Jesus Christ. We must decide to become Christians.

Do not fear [anything], for I am with you;

Do not be afraid, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, be assured I will help you;
I will certainly take hold of you with My righteous right hand [a hand of justice, of power, of victory, of salvation]

These beautiful words from the Bible have always encouraged and strengthened me. I learned that being a Christian is more than following a religion; it's having a personal relationship with Jesus. With a living and resurrected God who loves us and wants to help and guide us in this life, He desires to be our friend and good shepherd.

God loves true Christians and grants them all the desires of their hearts. For 30 years, God, our beloved Father, has prepared us to carry out an effective ministry that brings blessing to His people and to those who suffer—to the sick and to those oppressed by the devil. We believe that Christians were called to continue the ministry of Jesus, to be instruments of God to bless lives.

According to Mark 16:14-18;

I want to tell you my story. After I converted in Mexico and gave my life to Jesus, our God began a training in our lives to flow in the supernatural and see miracles from God.

For seven years. God, our heavenly father, taught us to pray with faith.  Then, for another 7 years, God taught us about deliverance and spiritual warfare. Then, for 7 more years. God taught us to worship to bring his Presence. to bless his people, his beloved church. God told us... Go teach my people to pray with faith. Some time later he told us. ^^pray that my glory fills this earth as the waters cover the sea. ^^
God, for his goodness, guided us to found the Network of Intercessors of America. To intercede for the nations and to support missionaries and servants of God. to pray  for a great revival for America and Israel.

We understood that God wants to pour out the rain of the Holy Spirit  in America and on the Nations, and we understood that this will bring revival and great miracles.
This will mean that millions can be saved before Christ comes for his church. The Lord also told us that the last glory of his house will be greater than the first, and that God will give peace and blessing over his house.

God showed us that we are living the fulfillment of the book of Joel in chapter 2.

On a day of fasting and prayer, we were leading praise. When I saw that suddenly the sky opened and suddenly I saw like two ceilings, one was the normal ceiling and the other was a glass ceiling, which opened. And a river like glass fell from the sky. The impact was very strong, the glory of God came and many brothers fell to their knees crying and others screamed and cried. We were all blessed and the atmosphere of God's presence was breathed. We feel the Shekina glory of God. Suddenly I saw that Jesus was standing very close to me. he was looking at the intercessors. Walking on my knees I approached him, to intercede for my brothers. I didn't dare raise my eyes to see him. I trembled from the power of his presence. I just opened my Bible and showed him the requests that the brothers in the church had given me. That experience changed my life.

And changed the history of our church in Bolivia. By the power of Holy Ghost.

After this powerful experience with God, thousands of Miracles began to occur in our church, the presence of God was very strong, people were filled with the Holy Spirit, the sick were healed and we saw the glory of God. The church grew very quickly. really the fire of God and miracles attract people.

God called us to continue with the Ministry of Christ, to have an effective ministry that brings response to those who suffer, God wants us to be ambassadors of Christ and go and heal the sick, cast out demons, destroy the works of the devil, so that we may preach the truth of the Gospel, so that people may be free and may be saved and have eternal life.

God wants us to shine in this time and be light in the midst of the darkness of this world. like he said in Isaiah 60.

60 “Arise, shine, for your light has come,
and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.
2 See, darkness covers the earth
and thick darkness is over the peoples,
but the Lord rises upon you
and his glory appears over you.
3 Nations will come to your light,
and kings to the brightness of your dawn.
